Coaches for away league meetings depart from the road outside Northgate Sports Centre, and Team Managers communicate pick-up times the week before the event. Non-member parents/guardians who wish to accompany their children on the coach must coordinate with the relevant Team Manager and may be asked to contribute to travel costs.
It is essential that participants do not park their cars in Northgate Sports Centre car park, as it will be locked until the next morning.

The club participates in various series and associations, including CCS (Cross Challenge Series), EAA (Eastern AA), ECCA (English Cross Country Association), SCAA (Suffolk County AA), SEAA (South of England AA), SSAA (Suffolk Schools AA), and SWL (Suffolk Winter League). The Suffolk Winter League, in particular, follows a format where individual scoring is based on the best four out of six events. The Senior races are typically around 5 miles long, with Junior races spanning approximately 2 miles.
