Inyo Jujitsu, located in Benfleet, is a renowned martial arts school that specialises in teaching the highly effective Connelly Ju Jitsu style. Rooted in rich tradition and ancient philosophies, Inyo Jujitsu offers a modern approach to self-protection needs.

The instructors at Inyo Jujitsu are dedicated to providing high-quality and comprehensive training to students of all skill levels. Led by Sensei Mark Hudson, a 7th Dan practitioner with a wealth of experience, the team of instructors consists of skilled individuals such as Sensei Tim Poutney and Sensei Don Theodorou, both 1st Dan holders.

Training sessions at Inyo Jujitsu take place on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, students gather at the Daws Heath Community Hall in Hadleigh. Thursday training sessions are held at St. Laurence Church hall on Eastwoodbury Lane in Southend, from the same time slot of 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

In addition to their regular training sessions, Inyo Jujitsu also offers personalised home training for those who prefer a more individualised approach to their martial arts journey. This flexibility makes Inyo Jujitsu an ideal choice for students with busy schedules or those unable to attend regular classes.
