We provide inclusive, child-centred general gymnastics classes for children aged 5 years and over, focused on agility, balance, co-ordination and fitness in a non-competitive, fun and safe environment.

Our primary focus is on the enjoyment and mastering of general gymnastics skills rather than competitiveness, even though we appreciate competitive success.

What qualifications do your coaches have?

All our coaches are qualified to a minimum of Level 2, Garda Vetted, First Aid Trained, and Child Protection Trained.
