Results you will see. My studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment including reformers, cadillacs, chairs, and barrels. The light-filled space provides a calm and welcoming atmosphere for clients to focus on their practise.
As a 3rd Generation teacher of Joseph Pilates' Contrology Method, I am dedicated to upholding the authenticity and integrity of the practise. I have over thirty years of experience as a fitness professional, with a background in dance and performing arts. My passion for movement and wellbeing is evident in my teaching style, as I help clients discover the power within their own bodies and the joy of movement.
My approach to Pilates is focused on building a strong, stable, and supple body with ease of joint movement. By attending classes at Inverloch Authentic Pilates, clients can improve their posture, balance, and develop long, lean muscles. The Contrology Method is highly effective and meant to be repeated in the body 2–4 times per week. I support my clients in developing a solid practise, with a minimum requirement of attending two classes per week at my studio.
In addition to regular classes, I also offer specialised workshops and sessions for teachers who are interested in learning the Contrology Method. These sessions provide an opportunity to experience how the method goes into the body and how it can be effectively taught to others. By joining these sessions, teachers can deepen their understanding of the method and enhance their teaching skills.
