The Boxing Fitness class is a 60-minute session that includes boxing training, heavy bag work, strength training, and cardio circuits, focusing on the entire body. The Boxing Fundamentals class focuses on technique and boxing fitness, emphasizing strength, stance, positioning, and balance. The Little Contenders class is designed for boys and girls aged 6-10, incorporating basic fitness, boxing techniques, drills, and agility.
