In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, In The Deep Swim School has implemented special measures. They are currently offering unlimited makeup lessons for any students enrolled during the term for the remainder of 2020. Makeup vouchers are valid for three months after the absence has occurred. These provisions ensure that children don't miss out on valuable swimming lessons due to unexpected circumstances.
Enrolling at In The Deep Swim School is straightforward. For new enrolments, there are four swimming terms per calendar year that align with NSW public school terms. Midterm enrolments are accepted, subject to availability, and fees are charged based on the number of weeks remaining in the term. Students over the age of three must undergo a level assessment prior to enrolling, while no assessments are required for infants under three.
Current enrolments are automatically carried over each term unless a cancellation is notified.
Payments can be made via various methods, including cash, eftpos, credit, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Enrolment is confirmed once full payment of term fees is received, and children will not be allowed to swim until payment is made. In the event of a midterm cancellation, refunds cannot be given for unused fees, but in exceptional circumstances, a refund may be provided with a $30 administration fee.
In The Deep Swim School also offers a parent portal where you can find additional information such as terms of service, important notes during COVID-19, and details about makeup lessons and assessments.
