Jill’s experienced team focuses on discipline, respect, and self-control, while also helping the youngsters build confidence and essential life skills.
For adults, it’s a bit more challenging, but equally rewarding. Whether you're starting out for fitness or looking to polish your advanced techniques, Jill’s instructors will guide you every step of the way. Classes build physical strength, improve flexibility, and teach practical self-defence skills. Karate here is not just physical; it's about mental grit and overall well-being, too.
Jill is proud of the history and lineage at International Shotokan Karate. With over 40 years of teaching in Kent and nearby, the instructors bring heaps of experience. Being part of the English Karate Federation (EKF) means top-tier instruction and participation in recognised competitions and events.
