Established in 1975 by Sensei P. Kuppusamy, a direct disciple of Hanshi Jamal Measara from Malaysia, the dojo has a rich history of excellence and discipline. Sensei Kuppusamy's vision was to bring the noble art of Seibukan Karate to India, a mission he achieved with great success, making our dojo one of the most renowned in the country.
Under the leadership of Chief Instructor and Technical Director, Kyoshi R. Ratnapala, the dojo continues to uphold high technical standards and impeccable discipline. Accredited by the Karate Association of India (KAI) since April 2019, it stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work of its instructors and students. Kyoshi Ratnapala's extensive training under various masters, including Hanshi Zenpo Shimabukuro, has made him an influential figure in the martial arts community, spreading Seibukan Karate across eight states in India and beyond.
