This class is all about mastering advanced skills, building strength, and improving flexibility.
Athletes joining this class should have completed the HHGC Girls Gym program and recently passed Level 4. Prerequisites include a chin-up pullover, bridge kick-over, handstand-flat-back, roundoff, and half-handstand on a high beam.
