SPARRING Sparring is an integral part of Tae Kwon Do training. It provides practical experience in applying techniques against a live opponent in a controlled environment. Students learn different sparring techniques and strategies, focusing on precision, timing, and speed. Sparring sessions are conducted with safety gear to ensure the well-being of all participants.

SELF-DEFENCE Alongside traditional forms and sparring, we also teach practical self-defence techniques. Our instructors emphasise techniques that can be used in real-life situations and focus on empowering students to defend themselves effectively. This includes learning how to escape holds, immobilise attackers, and use strikes and kicks to disable opponents. FITNESS AND CONDITIONING As martial artists, physical fitness is essential.

Our training sessions incorporate various exercises and drills to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and overall fitness. Students engage in cardio workouts, strength training, stretching, and conditioning exercises to enhance their physical capabilities for Tae Kwon Do. EVENTS AND COMMUNITY Our school organises and participates in various events throughout the year, including tournaments, training camps, and seminars. These events provide students with opportunities to showcase their skills, build confidence, and gain valuable experience.
