Establishing the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism In order to bring the benefits of Taoist Tai Chi arts to the world, Master Moy founded the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism in 1970. The name Fung Loy Kok means Abundant Happy Spirit in Cantonese, reflecting the sense of joy and fulfillment that comes from practising the Taoist arts.
Since its founding, the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism has grown to have locations all over the world, including our school in Joliette. Our instructors are dedicated to sharing the teachings of Master Moy and helping students of all levels improve their health, balance, and well-being through the practice of Taoist Tai Chi arts.
