The studio offers a variety of classes to suit different preferences and goals. Reformer Pilates classes provide a fun and effective way to connect with both the mind and body while building strength. Matwork classes, known as the “Original” Pilates, focus on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Barre classes combine elements of ballet and Pilates to create a high-energy and endorphin-filled programme that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance.
In addition to regular classes, Inspired Pilates Collective also offers studio sessions where clients can use a wide range of Pilates equipment to elevate their practise. Private sessions are available for a complete personalised experience, either as a single session or a duet.
To provide consistency and routine, Inspired Pilates Collective offers membership options. The Move Membership includes 8 sessions per month, 10% off merchandise, one buddy pass per month, and VIP access to events and workshops. The Shine Membership offers 12 sessions per month, the same great perks as the Move Membership, and the Believe Membership provides unlimited sessions per month.
