Welcome to Inspire Exercise Physiology. We are AEP's, that's Accredited Exercise Physiologists. We hold a four-year equivalent university degree and specialise in exercise and movement for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries.
We provide support for people with obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis, mental health conditions, cancer and cancer treatment recovery, chronic pain and fatigue, pre and post- surgical rehabilitation, neuromuscular exercise therapy, pulmonary disease and asthma, athletic performance, vestibular (balance) conditions, neurological conditions and lower back pain.
Our AEP's will go through your case history with you and your current physical capabilities will be discussed and evaluated. Appropriate goals and programs will be developed as a result of this. Subsequent sessions will involve performing exercises under close supervision.
We offer exercise classes for pregnancy strength, pre and post-partum health, gentle and progressive Pilates, stretch and release to increase range of motion and classes for older persons to increase strength and improve balance.
