To make your Pilates journey accessible and convenient, we provide online bookings through our website. You can easily reserve your spot in our classes or book personal training sessions from the comfort of your own home.

For added convenience and flexibility, we offer downloadable exercises for those times when you can't make it to a class. These exercises incorporate small Pilates equipment, such as Elastibands or traditional resistance bands, to enhance your training. Suitable for all abilities, these exercises are perfect for maintaining your Pilates practise when you're on holiday or unable to attend a class.

In order to create a safe and inclusive environment, we have established certain terms and conditions and class guidelines. We kindly ask that you refrain from attending if you're feeling unwell. Please bring your own mat to each class and wear appropriate Pilates footwear or socks. For many of our classes, a resistance band is required, and if you don't have one, they can be purchased from Inspirational Pilates.

Additionally, please bring a small cushion if you require neck support during movements and ensure you have water with you. For our one-on-one sessions, we thoroughly sanitise all Pilates equipment between sessions, and we ask that you bring your own hand sanitiser. Hand washing facilities are also available at our studio. Lastly, all group classes are held in venues that comply with and follow Covid-19 protocols, ensuring the safety of all our participants.
