For those who are new to Pilates, basic tuition and guidance will be provided throughout the session to help build confidence and familiarity with the practise.
The studio is led by Sarah Baker, a highly experienced Pilates instructor with 12 years of teaching experience. Sarah teaches both the Pilates equipment sessions and the mat classes at InsideOut Pilates. Her expertise and passion for Pilates ensure that each class is informative, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of the individuals attending.
InsideOut Pilates offers different pricing options to suit individual preferences. Equipment sessions are priced at 128 per person for a four-session pass and are available for both one-to-one tuition and one-to-two tuition. Mat classes are priced at 36 per person for a four-session pass and are conducted in a group setting.
