Innov8Pilates, located in Chester, offers a range of services focused on promoting wellness and improving physical fitness. The studio is run by a highly experienced and certified Pilates and Yoga teacher, as well as a sports massage therapist, who has been practising for nearly 20 years.

Through a thorough postural analysis, they are able to tailor exercises, stretches, and massage techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. Having a background in psychology and rehabilitation, combined with experience in the corporate world, they bring a professional and holistic approach to their work.

Innov8Pilates offers a variety of services to address common concerns such as aches and pains, bad backs, physical ageing, post-surgery recovery, and posture issues. Their services include F2F and online classes in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Blend, and Equipment, as well as 1:1 Pilates and Yoga sessions. They also provide Reformer Pilates sessions, sports massage therapy, ultrasound therapy, cupping therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (available from December 2023), and Tsuboki (available from November 2023).

The Pilates classes are offered both face-to-face and via Zoom at All Saints Church and St Marys Church Handbridge. Sports massage therapy can be conducted at the home-based clinic or a public clinic.
