Innov8 Gymnastics and Performance art trains recreational and competitive gymnastics, tumbling, dance, aerial and performance art for kids, youth and adults in Durban. The club focuses on physical fitness and athleticism, while also building confidence, self image and skill development in a safe, rewarding class environment. Programming ranges from early tumbling for young children to beginner and teenage tumbling and strength and flexibility classes, plus aerial and rope skipping sessions.
