Established in 2018 by Alanna and Simon McDowell, Rapture Fitness – Home of Inner West CrossFit started as a grassroots, park-based boot camp before relocating to its previous location in Leichhardt. With the support of their friends, the McDowells have successfully transformed the space into a gym-tactic slice of heaven, full of potential.
