Alison Newsome is excited to welcome the sports community to Inline Health Ltd, a Sports Injury and Therapy Clinic located in Loose, Maidstone. As the founder and owner, Alison brings her expertise as a Sports Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Practitioner to help people recover from injuries and prevent future ones.
Since starting Inline Health in 2006, Alison has worked with a wide range of clients, including runners, office workers, triathletes, and dancers. After moving from The Sweatshop Running Store in Maidstone to Turkey Mill, the clinic has settled into a purpose-built garden clinic overlooking the beautiful orchards in Loose.
Inline Health offers a range of services, including Sports and Remedial Massage, Pilates, and Yoga 1:1 sessions. Through Sports Massage, clients can improve flexibility, joint mobility, and relieve muscle pain, reducing the risk of future injuries.
Pilates sessions at Inline Health focus on training the body as an integrated whole, targeting core, lower body, and upper body strength to improve overall strength, flexibility, and posture.
Yoga sessions aim to promote inner awareness by helping clients focus on their body's capabilities. Practising Yoga enhances flexibility, balance, and mental clarity.
