Inhale Pilates offers a variety of classes, including Beginners and Intermediate Matwork classes, where clients can learn and practise Pilates exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The studio also offers 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sessions for more personalised attention and guidance. While specific Prenatal and Postnatal group classes are not currently available, Elizabeth can provide these sessions as 1-2-1 sessions to cater to individual needs.
To ensure the classes remain interesting and up-to-date, Elizabeth regularly pursues Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training. These workshops bring new research and ideas into the classes, offering clients a diverse and fulfilling Pilates experience. Some workshops Elizabeth has attended include Flexion Free, Foam Roller, pilates with props, and Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates on the Mat. Additionally, she participates in workshops led by STOTT Pilates Lead Instructor trainers, covering topics such as lower back conditions, shoulder stability, anatomy, scoliosis, osteoporosis, post-rehab knee strength, and hip strength and stability.
