To book a session or make an enquiry, individuals can contact In Form Pilates & Physiotherapy by emailing hello@informpilatesphysio. Com. au or calling 0421 551 833. Private health insurance rebates may be claimed for physiotherapist-led Pilates classes, but this depends on the individual's healthcare provider.
Before starting Pilates sessions at In Form, all participants must have an Initial Assessment, where a detailed history is taken and a thorough biomechanical assessment is conducted. This information, along with the individual's goals, is used to tailor a specific programme for each person. Following this assessment, individuals are required to complete at least two supervised 1:1 sessions to ensure appropriateness of exercises and correct execution, as well as to receive personalised feedback.
In terms of pricing, initial physiotherapy/pilates sessions can be discussed with the studio directly.
In Form Pilates & Physiotherapy strives to provide a high-quality, tailored approach to Pilates and physiotherapy, helping individuals in Mornington achieve their wellness and performance goals.
