Our Little Ninjas programme is ideal for children aged 3-5, while our Young Jedis programme caters to children aged 6-11. We also have the Future Champions programme for teenagers aged 12-15, focusing on further enhancing their skills and preparing them for competition.

Our adults' classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness, movement, confidence, and self-defence skills. Our highly trained coaches ensure that our Adults Classes are safe, fun, and effective for everyone. Whether you're interested in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), or Cardio Kickboxing, we have a programme that suits your interests and goals.

In addition, we offer Ladies Only Self-defence classes, providing women in Ballarat with the opportunity to learn new skills, build self-confidence, and improve physical fitness in a safe and comfortable environment. These classes focus on critical skills that help women stay safe in various situations.

At Infinite MMA, we also provide Strength & Conditioning programmes with our in-house strength coach. These programmes are designed to help you reach your strength and conditioning goals, with personalised programmes and semi-private weight lifting sessions up to four times per week. Our coaches take into account your goals, lifting experience, injuries, and limitations, as well as your MMA training schedule, to deliver maximum results.
