We also have a team of personal trainers, including Emma Smith, Melissa Pitman, and Holly Swayn, who are skilled in maximum strength training, boxing, and Tabata circuit training. Additionally, we have Sophie Swayn and Bree Harrison, who specialise in massage therapy and pilates, respectively.
