Inch Park Skating Club

Hi Everyone,

Chris, the organizer of the Inch Park Skating Club, wants to extend a warm invitation to all in the sports community! For over 50 years, Chris and the team have been dedicated to providing an inviting environment where kids can learn to skate right here in Hamilton. They’re all about quality instruction and ensuring the learning process is fun for the kids.

The club operates out of Inch Park Arena on Queensdale Avenue East, running a fantastic youth learn-to-skate program on Friday evenings. The program kicks off in mid-October and goes for a solid 20 weeks until mid-March. It’s a group-based approach, so no private lessons, but this method helps kids build confidence, balance, and better skating skills together.

Chris and the team at Inch Park Skating Club are passionate about fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere. The experienced instructors work with each child, allowing them to progress at their own pace. The goal is to make skating enjoyable while focusing on developing essential skills.
