We offer a wide range of classes for different age groups, including beginner and mixed grade self-defence for 4–7 years, mixed grade self-defence for 8–14 years, and adult freestyle martial arts. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to challenging students both physically and mentally, while also providing the necessary support and encouragement.
