Imperium also provides male and female changing rooms complete with showers for added convenience. In addition, the gym offers a selection of protein bars and drinks to help fuel your workouts and aid in recovery.

NHS and Armed Forces personnel are eligible for a 10% discount on memberships.

Imperium Functional Fitness' operating hours are from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 16:30 PM to 19:30 PM. On Fridays, the gym opens from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 16:30 PM to 18:30 PM. Lastly, on Saturdays, Imperium operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
