Centre League! Our league is designed for players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, to come together and compete in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches and referees ensure fair play and provide valuable feedback to help players improve their skills.

In addition to our leagues, we offer a range of programs for individuals looking to take their game to the next level. Our personal trainers provide individualized programs to help you reach your full potential and achieve your fitness goals. At Impact Training Centre, we have had the privilege of working with some great players who have seen tremendous growth in their game. Our coaches, including Imad, a former professional player with experience at all levels, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our programs.

Our state-of-the-art facility features two brand new FIBA (MFMA) sized courts, a strength & conditioning area, and a weight training section to help you get stronger on the court. We offer gym rentals for a variety of sports and group fitness classes to accommodate all interests and fitness levels.
