In addition, we have two friendly Gold Retrievers, “Nova” and “Winnie,” who love to play and cuddle with the kids.
We do have a few rules regarding children in the gym to ensure safety and a comfortable environment for all. Children are not permitted on the workout floor during classes, and they are also not allowed in the weights and cardio areas. Eating is permitted only in the kids' room and reception foyer.
