Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient practise originating in China. It can be translated as “energy work” or “cultivating energy” and involves training or study dealing with Chi (or Qi) over a long period of regular practise. Qigong combines deep, mindful breathing with gentle, flowing movements, similar to Tai Chi. However, Tai Chi Qigong differs in that it focuses solely on improving health and healing and does not have necessary martial arts applications.
By joining Ilona Tate Qigong, individuals can embark on a journey towards energy cultivation, mindfulness, improved health, and inner balance through the practise of Tai Chi Qigong.
