The founder of Illuminate Fitness, David, has always had a passion for fitness and has been actively involved in sports since the young age of 5. With a desire to continue his fitness training while also helping others achieve their fitness goals, David established Illuminate Fitness. Inspired and encouraged by his own personal trainer during international competitions, David fell in love with the gym and fitness, experiencing firsthand how a personal trainer can positively impact people's lives and help them reach their goals.

David understands the challenges and hurdles that come with maintaining a fitness routine. He believes in the power of self-expression and having faith in oneself. He lives by the words of the great Bruce Lee, “Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself. ” David aims to instil this mindset in his clients as they embark on their fitness journey with Illuminate Fitness.
