Illawarra International Judo Club

Illawarra International Judo Club, located in Wollongong, is a vibrant and active club that puts a strong emphasis on participation and fun. The club has been recognised for its excellence, being awarded the prestigious title of “2016 Best Club Dojo” by the Judo Federation of Australia. Additionally, it was named “Most Inspired Judo Club” at the 2011 Judo Federation of Australia (NSW) awards.

The coaching team comprises over ten experienced Dan grades, all of whom have extensive national and international competition experience both as athletes and coaches.
