The gym offers personal training sessions by appointment from Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 8:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Classes are available Monday to Friday between 5:15pm and 7:30pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:30am.
Ignition Fitness & Fight Club offers a wide range of classes to cater to different fitness goals and interests. Members can enjoy Muay Thai, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, boot camp, and fitness classes. The S & C/Cardio Blast/Boot Camp class takes place from Monday to Thursday at 5:15pm, with an additional session on Friday for open gym only from 5:15pm to 7:00pm. On Saturdays, a full body workout is offered from 9:00am to 9:45am, incorporating functional training, HIIT, weight-based training, and more.
For those interested in fight training, Ignition Fitness & Fight Club offers a comprehensive Fight Class that combines Muay Thai and kickboxing techniques. This class runs from Monday to Thursday at 5:15pm to 7:30pm, with an optional sparring or open gym session on Friday from 5:15pm to 7:00pm, and a Saturday session from 9:00am to 10:30am. This class focuses on strength and conditioning, striking technique, grappling/clinching, ring craft, combinations, bag and pad work, fight fitness, and more.
The gym also offers specific Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes that focus on bag and pad work for fitness. These classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, on Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, and on Saturdays from 9:30am to 10:30am. These classes are designed to improve technique and are followed by ab-specific workouts.
In addition to group classes, Ignition Fitness & Fight Club also offers personal and private group training sessions. These sessions can be booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes, and can be tailored to individual or small group requirements.
