Our facilities include state-of-the-art workout equipment, cardio machines, free weights, and functional training areas.

Our team at ifeelgood is made up of passionate fitness professionals who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Ella, our club manager, is a strength training enthusiast who loves inspiring others to be their best selves. Aleena, one of our personal trainers, has a passion for working with diverse clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals. Mose, another personal trainer, has a lifelong dedication to exercise and fitness and believes that feeling good is about how you feel and see yourself.

Joining ifeelgood is easy, with no long-term lock-in contracts. Simply fill out the form on our website or give us a call to get started on your fitness journey. Our opening hours are Monday 10. 00AM – 2.

00PM and 3. 00PM – 7. 00PM, Tuesday to Thursday 10. 00AM – 7.

00PM, Friday 9. 00AM – 12. 00PM (unstaffed), Saturday 9. 00AM – (unstaffed), and Sunday (unstaffed).

Please note that we are unstaffed on public holidays and during the Christmas break.
