ICO Squad Training Session 5

Join the ICO Team England Squad Training session on Saturday 6th July 2024 at the USKA Fight Factory. This session is a crucial step for members with aspirations of competing at World Championships and is mandatory for all squad members who have secured a place in the team for the upcoming ICO World Championships in Germany. The open sessions focus on enhancing skills through strategic advice, padwork, sparring drills, and intense stamina and endurance training. Whether you aim to compete or simply improve your fighting game, these sessions are designed to help you reach your goals. Make sure to bring your gloves, sparring equipment, and a strong work ethic. The session lasts three hours and costs £10 per attendee. Future sessions will take place on the first Saturday of every month.
