As the founder of Hygieia Strength & Conditioning, my own fitness journey began when I was overweight and decided to take control of my health. Through hard work and dedication, I lost 24 kg and discovered a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. After stumbling upon the Starting Strength methodology, I found a new goal to work towards getting strong.
With my experience and expertise, I am proud to be the first and only certified Starting Strength Coach in Singapore and South-East Asia. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I specialise in coaching individuals in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Seeing the transformation and improvement in their quality of life motivates me every day to continue my work at Hygieia Strength & Conditioning.
