In addition to the online programme, Hybrid Personal Training also offers in-person personal training packages. These packages include a custom diet plan, free access to CrossFit SCL during personal training sessions (no membership required), weekly check-ins/weigh-ins, before and after pictures, and 7-day support from the trainer to address any questions or concerns.
Clients have the flexibility to choose from various personal training packages, including pay-as-you-go individual sessions or session blocks of 5 or 10. Additionally, a 1-month diet plan can be purchased separately to complement the training sessions and optimise results.
To get started, new clients are encouraged to follow four simple steps: register online, review the client terms and conditions, complete the diet plan form, and purchase their preferred personal training session block. Once this information is received, the trainer will promptly contact the client to schedule their sessions.
