What sailing and water activities do you offer?

We run on-water racing, pottering, cruising and junior sailing. We also offer kayaking and training including adult dinghy sailing, support boat training, first aid and VHF radio.

Where do members train and meet?

Training activities are listed under the training calendar, with on-water activities grouped on On The Water. We also have onshore spaces like the clubhouse and grounds, dinghy park, and a social area.

Hurst Castle Sailing Club

Hurst Castle Sailing Club is a thriving and friendly club located in Keyhaven, just 4 miles west of Lymington in New Zealand. Situated at the head of a small estuary facing the Isle of Wight, the club offers a beautiful setting for water activities.

The club has a full programme of sailing events throughout the season, including midweek and weekend dinghy racing, as well as pottering where members can sail dinghies to local creeks and harbours. For those with larger boats, there is also a cruising programme that takes them to more distant destinations in the Solent and along the South Coast.

In addition to the sailing activities, Hurst Castle Sailing Club also has a vibrant social programme at the clubhouse throughout the year. Coffee mornings take place every Tuesday, providing an opportunity for members to catch up with old friends, make new ones, and plan their upcoming weeks.
