Hung Leng Kuen Free Spirit Fist Federation is excited to announce a local Kung Fu event in Isleworth! If you're a fan of the traditional art of Kung Fu or have always wanted to give it a try, this event is perfect for you.
At Hung Leng Kuen, they believe in the power of Wushu Forms and the self-defence techniques that come with it. They offer free lessons for beginners, giving everyone a chance to experience the art of Kung Fu. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some previous experience, Hung Leng Kuen welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.
The focus of this event goes far beyond learning self-defence techniques. Hung Leng Kuen aims to help individuals build confidence, increase their strength, and improve their overall mental and physical well-being. They understand that everyone is unique, and that's why they encourage people of all shapes and sizes to join their classes and be a part of the Hung Leng Kuen community.
This incredible event takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30pm till 9pm at the Isleworth & Syon School Gym. To join, the cost of each lesson is just £10, and an annual membership fee of £35 is required for federation membership and insurance. For safety reasons, children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their first lesson.
