Hummingbird School of Dance offers a range of classes for all ages starting from 2 years old. Our Pre-School Ballet classes are a perfect way to introduce young children to the joy of dance. These unique lessons incorporate storytelling and age-appropriate exercises to create a magical adventure for the little ones.

For those interested in pursuing classical ballet, we offer RAD Ballet classes. The Royal Academy of Dance is a leading international dance examination board that focuses on developing beautiful technique and artistry. Our experienced teachers guide students through the syllabus, ensuring that they receive a solid foundation in ballet technique.

In addition to ballet, we also offer ISTD Modern classes. Following the syllabus of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, these classes are full of energetic leaps, jumps, and kicks set to modern pop music. The focus is on having fun while learning and developing new skills.

Founded by Natasha Cale in 2016, Hummingbird School of Dance has quickly become a hub for aspiring dancers in Twickenham and St Margarets, south-west London. Our dedicated team of teachers bring their passion for dance into every class, creating a positive and inspiring environment for students.

We aim to instil the values of discipline, perseverance, and creativity in our students, while also nurturing their love for dance. Our ethos is centred around providing a calm and happy learning environment where students can express themselves and achieve their personal goals.

At Hummingbird School of Dance, the safety, and well-being of our students is of utmost importance. All our teachers have an Enhanced DBS check, and the school carries both Employee and Public Liability Insurance, ensuring that parents can have peace of mind when enrolling their children with us.
