House Concepts is a fitness centre located in Vancouver, BC, offering a unique and collective concept of four studios under one roof. The House is a place where members can run, box, strengthen, and stretch, all within a welcoming and supportive community.
The House Concepts experience is designed to be both a sweat and social movement, where members can challenge themselves physically while also building connections with like-minded individuals. The four studios within the House offer a variety of group fitness classes, as well as personal and private training sessions.
Private training sessions at House Concepts include a consultation on fitness goals, a physical assessment using the In-Body 270 Machine, and a personalized fitness program designed just for the individual. Members also have the option to book one or all of the studios for private events or team building sessions.
House Concepts is always looking to expand its community and welcomes individuals to become brand ambassadors or join the House team as coaches, private trainers, or front and back of house staff. The House also offers a range of branded merchandise through their HOUSE iD shop, allowing members to show their support for the community both in and out of the gym.
