Sun's location is central to Jack Frost Ski Hire, Lift Ticket Sales, Ski School, Bar, Supermarket, and the Free Ski Shuttle, all just a short 100m ski/walk away.

Despite being centrally located, the apartments are nestled in a quiet area, away from the noise of snow-making machines, chairlifts, snow grooming machines, and noisy party goers.

Mt. Hotham is Australia's leading ski resort with excellent snow conditions and extensive terrain for all levels of skiing and riding. From the gentle slopes of the Hotham Summit and The Basin to the Double Black Extreme Zone, Hotham offers something for everyone. Guests at Hotham Sun Apartments can conveniently ski straight from their accommodation to the Hotham Lift Network via the popular Davenport Access Trail.

Hotham Sun Apartments offer facilities akin to a luxury hotel suite. The apartments are presented with towels, linen, and basic condiments for up to 8 guests. A private entrance leads to a generous vestibule where guests can gear up for the day and safely store their equipment. The apartments also feature a “walk-in” drying room for wet gear and boot racks to ensure warm and dry boots in the morning.

The sun-soaked lounge is carpeted and boasts a warming gas log fire.

In terms of inclusions, Hotham Sun Apartments feature a fully equipped laundry and a separate toilet off the main living area. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, video, and stereo for entertainment.
