Hot yoga is practised in a 37-40 degree heat, creating the perfect environment for you to enhance your flexibility, burn more calories, and strengthen your body. With a variety of styles to choose from, including Original Hot Yoga, Flow Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga, there's something for everyone.
If the heat feels a little intimidating, don't worry. Our teachers will help you ease into it by recommending Hot Hatha or Hot Yin Yoga classes. And remember to stay hydrated throughout your practice.
To fully enjoy your hot yoga experience, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat. However, if you need one, we can provide it for you. To prevent slipping, a hot yoga towel is also advised. We have blocks and straps available, so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. And of course, don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.
Before attending a hot yoga session, please note that it may not be suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or individuals with heart conditions or high blood pressure.
