As a seasoned Personal Trainer, Steve approaches fitness holistically, designing personalised sessions, nutrition plans, and lifestyle advice based on his clients' unique objectives. He is proficient in addressing issues like poor posture, lower back pain, and muscular imbalances, working closely with each client to correct these problems.
Specialising in Sports Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation, Steve holds a Level 5 HND qualification. This enables him to offer expert advice and treatment for sports-related injuries and assist clients in enhancing their strength, cardiovascular fitness, and weight management. He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, ensuring the appropriate exercises are given to correct movement patterns.

Horsman PT & Therapy offers competitive prices. A single session is £60, which includes a gym or home workout plan. A block of 10 sessions is £500, with a workout plan included. An online personalised nutrition plan is available for £50. Sports massage and soft tissue therapy services are offered at £60, also including an exercise rehabilitation programme.
Please note, a minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice is required to ensure timely service. All block deals have a generous 12-month expiry period from the date of the first session.
