At Home Sweat Home, we understand that starting a fitness journey can be intimidating. That's why our bootcamps are designed specifically for beginners, with a fully qualified trainer ready to assist you every step of the way. Our 45-minute sessions are packed with variety and cater to individuals of all fitness levels, so you can feel comfortable working out alongside others who share similar goals.

Convenience is key, which is why all of our bootcamps are based in the local area of Takanini and Papakura, Auckland. This allows our members to easily access our classes and build a sense of community within the Home Sweat Home family. In fact, our bootcamps are not just about fitness – they're about joining a motivating environment that will push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished and craving more.

We believe in the power of accountability, which is why our trainer will be by your side every step of the way.
