The site is secure with post and rail fencing, fully alarmed with CCTV, and the owner resides on-site. Additionally, ample lorry and trailer parking is available.

Holywell Park Farm's livery services are competitively priced and can be tailored to suit individual needs. They offer three types of livery options – Full, Part, and DIY. Full Livery includes 7-day muck out/turnout, hay, feed, and bedding at a monthly rate starting from 580. Part Livery includes 5-day muck out/5-day turnout, hay, feed, and bedding at a monthly rate starting from 540.

DIY Livery is available at a rate of 220 per month, although currently, no DIY spaces are available. The farm provides top-quality hay, feed, and bedding, and their experienced, friendly, and helpful staff ensure 5-star care for all horses.
