During the school holidays, on selected days, London Combat MMA runs full mix martial arts themed training days from 10 am to 3 pm. The day is planned to ensure maximum fun and engagement for all participants. Here's a breakdown of the schedule:
- Up until 10:30 am: Get ready for some fun games!
- Lunchtime: Take a break and recharge with some delicious food.
- Film Fun: Enjoy some movie magic with martial arts-themed films.
- Sports Games: Engage in various sports activities to enhance agility and coordination.
- Home time: Wrap up the day and head back with a sense of accomplishment.
All children attending the camp should bring their own drink, snacks, and a packed lunch. Don't worry about equipment; it will be provided by London Combat MMA. To ensure the safety and comfort of participants, they are advised to wear long sleeves and either tracksuits or leggings.
