Hockwell Ring Amateur Boxing Club

Hockwell Ring Amateur Boxing Club (HRABC), located in the heart of Luton's community, is a local boxing club that aims to actively involve young people in sports and provide them with a positive outlet for their energy. Membership fees for HRABC are affordable, with adult sessions priced at 6. 00 per session and junior sessions at 3. 00 per session. The club also keeps its members updated through its social media channels, such as its Twitter account, where news and updates are shared.

HRABC offers training classes throughout the week. Troublesome Tuesdays include sessions for schools (10–13 years old, carded members only), youths (14–17 years old, carded members only), and adults (18+). Torturous Thursdays follow a similar schedule, and Super Strength Saturdays focus on beginners (under 18, non-carded) and adult fitness (Kettlercise/strength and conditioning). Sparring Sundays are by invitation only and are divided into school, junior, and senior sessions.
