Northampton Saints Hockey Club is excited to announce the upcoming hockey camps for the 2023/2024 season! These camps are perfect for players who are passionate about the sport and want to take their skills to the next level.
For the younger players aged 5 to 14, we have the Junior Fun Camps. These camps are designed to be both fun and educational, providing a great experience for all participants. Taking place in October, with additional camps in February, April, May, and August, there are plenty of opportunities to join in on the action.
Our February half-term fun camps will run on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of April. This is the ideal time for children to come and enjoy the game during their break from school. Throughout the camps, players will engage in various activities and games that are specifically designed to enhance their skills and overall enjoyment of hockey. And to keep everyone energised, a delicious hot meal will be provided for lunch, prepared by our talented college catering staff.
The camps will also conclude each day with an exciting whole camp tournament. This will bring together all the players, creating a thrilling and engaging end to the day. Parents are more than welcome to come and watch the tournament play, supporting and cheering on their young hockey stars.
We believe in making our camps as accessible as possible. That's why our prices start at just £32 per day. We also offer discounts for multiple days and siblings, so you can make the most of the camp experience.
In addition to our Junior Fun Camps, we also have Transition Camps specifically designed for 12-16 year olds who are dedicated to improving their hockey skills. Led by the experienced Lisa Letchford, an Olympian, England U18 Girls coach, Saints Development Director, and Head of Hockey at Framlingham College, these camps are perfect for players looking to move up school and/or club teams.
The Transition Camps will focus on technical development, improved game understanding, and tactical knowledge. Our camp coaches, along with Lisa, are dedicated NHC club coaches who are committed to helping players elevate their level of hockey.
Participants in the Transition Camps will also be treated to a hot lunch, ensuring they are fueled and ready to take on the challenges of the camp.
