HJB Personal Trainer & Coaching, headed by Harry James Banks, is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer and coach based in London, United Kingdom. With a focus on handbalancing, mobility/flexibility, and strength training, Harry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.

Beginning his journey in physical practise as a child, Harry briefly competed in regional gymnastics and later dabbled in amateur boxing during his teenage years. After a period away from any physical practise, he rediscovered his love for gymnastic strength training and handbalancing as an adult. His learning journey started at The Bamboo Body movement studio in Barcelona and later extended to studying at the prestigious La Arena circus school in Buenos Aires for a remarkable 18 months. Drawing inspiration from both movement and circus practises, Harry combines ideas and techniques from these disciplines to provide a well-rounded training experience.

Currently based in Barcelona, Spain, Harry offers his services both online and in person. He has had the privilege of taking classes and training with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which has deepened his understanding of how different people approach challenges and learning. Believing that an effective learning environment should be free from ego and judgement, Harry strives to create an atmosphere where everyone feels appropriately challenged and supported.

HJB Personal Trainer & Coaching offers a range of services to cater to different needs. Online coaching/programming allows individuals to train with Harry no matter where they are in the world. In-person personal training/coaching provides the opportunity for a hands-on experience, tailored to the client's specific goals and abilities. Additionally, live online 1:1 or group classes offer instant feedback, ensuring effective training regardless of location.
