Hive Brighton Fitness runs small group personal training and 1-2-1 personal training in Brighton, based at St Peter's St (rear of 43 Belmont Street). Sessions are structured as an hour of strength and conditioning with warm up, resistance training and conditioning, then a cooldown with stretching. You get a bespoke 8 week exercise programme with monitoring of weights and reps for consistent progress. Classes run on multiple days including early mornings, lunchtime, evenings and Saturday options.
